Pacuare River rafting adventure class III-IV
Pacuare is considered one of the world’s five best white-water runs.
After pick you up at your hotel, you’ll travel through the scenic Braulio Carrillo National park and make a stop for a tasty Costa Rican traditional breakfast on the way to the river. The ride to the put-in at Tres Equis takes about two hours. Once you get there, our professional guides and rafting equipment will be waiting.
After a thorough safety briefing, the adventure begins. Your team will raft through thrilling class III-IV rapids. Along the way, our guides will serve a very satisfying lunch of deli meats and cheeses, sandwich fixings, fruit and juice, all along the riverbank. During this lunch break, you’ll have time to stop and admire the raw power of the pounding Pacuare River and the serene jungle scenery.
Rafters should be physically fit for this trip; however, no previous white-water rafting experience is necessary.

Minimum age: 12 years old.
Departures: Around 6:00 a.m., daily, all year.
